PERMANENT BOOKINGS
ACC offers permanent weekly bookings where places are available. This secures your child’s booking each week until the booking is cancelled. If ACC has no capacity on your requested booking days your child will be placed on the waiting list and you will be notified via email when/if a permanent spot becomes available.
To apply for a permanent booking please ensure your child’s enrolment has been finalised and you have gotten a confirmation email from Xplor. Once done, Permanent bookings can be requested by emailing us at enquiries@accoosh.org.au. The team will get in touch to let you know if the booking was able to be secured or not.
If your child is going to be away from their permanent booking session you must mark the absence via your Xplor Home App. You can do this by clicking the “Bookings” tab on the bottom menu banner. On this page, select the “+ New” button in the top corner, then select the “Absence or Holiday” option. This should be done prior to the Before School Care session or by 12pm the day of After School Care session. Absent permanent bookings are charged as usual.
To adjust your permanent bookings please email us and we will be able to make any alterations.
To cancel permanent bookings please send an email to enquiries@accoosh.org.au and clearly write the date you want the bookings to end, keeping in mind the minimum cancellation period as per ACC policies.

CASUAL BOOKINGS
ACC offers one off casual bookings where available for enrolled children. Please ensure that your child’s enrolment has been completed and a confirmation email has been received from Xplor before attempting to secure a casual session.
To make a casual Before or After School Care booking please access your Xplor Home App and click the “Bookings” tab on the bottom menu banner. On this page, select the “+ New” button in the top corner, then select the “Booking” option and select your child. From here you can chose your desired days by clicking on the calendar day and the “requesting a space” button. Please put in the comment box whether you would like a Before School Care or an After School Care booking for this day.
Please be advised that casual bookings can only be requested one day at a time so you will need to go back and repeat this process for each casual day you wish to book.

VACATION CARE
Vacation care is open from 7am-6:30pm during NSW school holidays and pupil free days (excluding public holidays and two weeks over Christmas and New Years).
Vacation care adopts similar morning and afternoon routines to term time with a mix of incursions and excursions. We are in the process of creating our Autumn program and will soon provide information on locations, transport and individual staff to child ratios based on the risk assessments.
Places can be booked by picking up the form from the Centre and returning it with your desired days selected.
